EXPERIENCE
Press Officer, United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), Geneva. Promote the work of UNCTAD to the local and international press and participate in the development and implementation of UNCTAD's communications strategies, organizing media campaigns for major reports and conferences, briefing the press, writing and editing press releases. Also write, edit and as needed translate statements, opinion pieces and scholarly articles by the UNCTAD Secretary-General (2/00-present).

Translator, United Nations, Geneva. Translated from French and Spanish, wrote summaries of meetings (précis-writing). Served as note-taker to the UN Secretary-General at the 1997 World Economic Forum, on special assignment (6/95-2/99).
